My work sits where mindset meets money. I've lived the seasons where the money didn't add up, and I've built the strategy that comes after it: clear decisions, honest numbers, habits that hold, and the courage to keep going when it would be easier to shrink.
My story didn't start in a boardroom. It started in a season where the numbers didn't work, the plan didn't exist, and quitting would have been the reasonable choice. I learned to ask better questions: What is actually true about my money? What am I willing to change? Who do I need to become for the next chapter to hold?
Those questions became a framework. I finished my MBA, built a firm, wrote Rise Stronger, and stood on a TEDx stage to say the thing I needed to hear years earlier: your past may explain you, but it does not get to decide your future.
Now I teach it — to women rebuilding, to owners who are profitable on paper and exhausted in real life, and to rooms full of people ready to build. My mission is one million business owners with the clarity and confidence to make stronger financial decisions.
